Grow-Low Sumac (Rhus aromatica 'Gro-Low')

Hardy to zone 3, this fragrant sumac cultivar is a dense, low-growing, rambling shrub
which spreads by root suckers and typically grows only to 1-2' tall but spreads to 8'
wide. It will grow in full sun to partial shade and has low to average water needs.
Drought tolerant once established. Trifoliate, medium green leaves turn attractive shades
of orange and red in autumn. Small clusters of hairy, red berries appear in late summer
and may persist into winter. Attractive to birds.
